Signing a compromise agreement means that you are giving up the right to make or continue in a legal claim against your employer arising out of your employment with them. Will I need visit your office?

No, we can advise clients throughout the UK over the telephone. This ensures we provide a swift and efficient service and our costs stay low. However, if you would prefer to visit our offices this can be arranged, or, we can arrange a home visit.

What if I don’t want to sign the compromise agreement?

You are not obliged to sign the agreement. If you would prefer to pursue a a legal claim against your employer, we may be able to represent you,  often on a No-Win-No-Fee basis.
